I dont know if that’s good or bad. I think it was a combo of the humid weather and my overuse. I bought a really cheap scale for 5 dollars, so the mechanism is really cheap.
However, before I broke it I had lost 15 pounds this month, and after that I started putting on my smaller clothes. I fit clothes that I couldn’t fit 2 weeks ago, so I think I’m alright.
I’m down to a solid size 14 (I’m 5’9”), and I hope to get down to a size 11/12. I can wear stilletos again and I the weight loss is very noticeable to others (that’s when it becomes true reality).
I’m sad I can’t finish the countdown with the scale, but I’m going to continue by measuring inches and using clothes to determine my progress.
This month has been weird, again! I guess I’ll have to lower my monthly weight loss goal. I don’t have as much to lose, so I’m just not losing the 20 pounds a month anymore.
Last week, I did my workouts and kept on my diet and I gained 3 pounds, then lost 2, gained 5 then lost 1, etc. I assume it had to do with the muscle building because my clothes were still getting bigger on me.
So this week I tried something new, I stopped working out and stayed on my diet. My appetite was suppressed, I ate less, got full faster, and lost 5 pounds.
How weird is that? So, now I’m about 5-7 pounds away from my 20 pound weight loss goal for this month. I’ve lossed 95 pounds so far on this diet since March 2011.
I have 70 pounds left to lose (I may have less, because right now I’m in a size 14 or Small 16 and when this diet is over I don’t want to be smaller than a size 11 because I’m tall+medium boned).
I’m going back to my 45 minute aerobic workouts this week and I’ll monitor how my diet is affected.
By the way, I advise anyone drinking the cayenne pepper drink to assist in raising metabolism to ease up on it during the summer heatwaves. It does havoc to your metabolic system. I think it’s more effective during the non-summer months (or when it’s not so hot and humid).
Please listen to your body and adjust any diet/exercise program that you’re on. More than anything, I want to lose this weight I’ve put on, but it’s not worth me dieing for and that goes for you too!
OK I feel lousy today. I’m starting my dieting fresh tomorrow morning and no more going off.
I have 21 days left to achieve my goal. 3 weeks! I’m gonna do the best I can to get to the 20 pound weight loss goal, or however I do. What a weird month so far. I’ve had alot on my mind.
I’ll do better the rest of this month. I have to stay strong and lose the rest of this weight! It’ll be worth it, I know.
I haven’t been doing too well on my exercise. I went off my diet twice (last Saturday and this Saturday) so far this month.
I’m anxious to move to California and I can’t focus right now on anything else.
Perhaps things will get better. Two and a half months and I’m gone. Two more rent payments here and then I’m California bound!
