I took Tai Chi classes about 10 years ago when I was working on my B.A. It really helped with some balance and other health problems I was having after an accident a couple years before. I would really like to take it up again as part of a quest to generally improve my health, stress level, and “body satisfaction”. I would think there’d be several instructors in a town like this (state capitol next to a big 10 university), so it’s just a matter of me doing some looking around!
