Geez, I have no clue where to start. So far I’m just working on going to the gym and getting a good base in all three areas. I need to get in overall better shape in order to even start triathalon specific training, so I don’t hurt myself. My plan is to go to the gym and run and then lift and then swim, and then to rotate it around so I’m always doing two different activties. So far I think the swimming will be easiest since its low impact, and I’m pretty good at it, and biking will be okay, but I really have no experience there, and running will be worst since I hate the high impact and I find it pretty boring.
