Week One Done

Week one is out of the day and I actually found it pretty easy. I didn’t get tired at all until the end of the runs. Whenever I start running I go out to quickly and usually end up unable to continue consistenly. So I hope this will pace me well enough that I’ll be able to stick to it. I just wish California wasn’t so darn hot.
