stop biting my nails

i’ve been letting all my nails grow recently and have resisted biting them for about 2 weeks or so. truthfully the only reason i’ve been so successful is because a friend of mine told me he thought i couldn’t do it, and i wanted to prove him wrong. but hey, whatever works right?

truthfully i havne’t even tried to stop biting my nails. it’s a terrible habit i know, but it really does relieve stress and helps me think. this could be all in my head… i figure, it’s better to bite my nails than to pick up a cookie, or start smoking, or some other habit that could be much more damaging. oh well….maybe after i graduate.
