Me and my wife both want to do this. Ideally a bungalow – she finds stairs an irritant and maybe won’t manage them well for much longer. Needs to be quiet, with a garden for the wee man and (we’d love this) by the sea – or with a great view like my parents.

Current abode is fine but we just feel we want to move. Sometime in the next 4 years I think.
