dance all night and then dance some more

Okay, so now that I’ve discovered how great dancing is, I’m unstoppable! I went out Friday night for a holiday dinner with my co-workers and then afterwards headed to a bar with a dance floor. It was exactly what I needed—though next time I will exchange my turtleneck sweater for something a little more breathable!

The dreaded company holiday party was last Friday. I really didn’t want to go. All the girls were talking about what dresses they were wearing and the accessories to go with them. Normally I am soooo into this-dressing up, that is. Normally I would have spent the previous weekend hunting down the perfect dress and probably would have spent way too much. Not this year. It is the COMPANY holiday party, after all. Why waste so much energy over it? Why even go? Well, I did go after all and had a great time-mostly dancing. I LOVE to dance. I don’t do it nearly enough. Where in NYC can I dance (and not have to look like a hooch…)? Happy Happy Happy.
