I’m starting to be comfortable on my hands, I can do a few handstand push-ups with a wall to support me, but I need more core strength for the balance.
I’m starting to be comfortable on my hands, I can do a few handstand push-ups with a wall to support me, but I need more core strength for the balance.
I can’t even do handstands. So I’ve started working on those a few times a week. Once I get my upper body strength back they should be possible. Then I can start thinking about moving around…
