On hold again...

I’m not going to manage this again this month, though I’m really close…

I’ll be traveling all next week, which plays havoc with any exercise schedule. So we put this on hold. Bah.

Every other thing on this site goes on hold too, since for the next several months I’ll be in a place where the Internet is not. How novel. Aren’t too too many of those left in the world.



In November...

I failed in October. I fell short by 3 sessions. Granted I had a busy schedule and I was under the weather a couple days, and blah blah, blah. No excuses.

I’ll do it these next 30 days. I’m going to change the rules a bit. Each session will have to be longer, but I’ll include conditioning exercises as well, giving me a broader selection of things to do and making it all that much more diverse and interesting.

I start tomorrow.

Ha. Betcha didn’t know that about me. Well, I’m no expert. I just thrash around enthusiastically.

30 practice session in 30 days. That should see me further down the road of this whole fitness thing, because after 6 months of this “get fit” goal, it still isn’t working out.

Yeah, I guess I’m fit, at least according to national fitness standards. But come on, really, those are minimum standards.

I can’t say I’m ready to check that off the list.
