Recipe 1: Indian Pork Korma

Indian Pork Korma from http://www.foodinaminute.co.nz
Well I gave this a go tonight. And it went really well. Tasted good. I am not into indian food all that much, but my daughter loves it. It took me a long time to prepare everything, and the potatos took forever to cook. Not 20 mins despite being cut little. So I would probably cook them a little first before adding next time. Or cook the whole thing in the morning, find a recipe for naan bread and jsut make that and cook the rice, reheating the pork korma in the evening perhaps… I would give this recipe 7/10 and will make it again. I think with a bit of tweaking this could be and 8 or 9.

Please note the picture is from the above website not a picture of my dinner tonight lol

Measure of success

I will know I have completed this goal when I have 52 new recipes recorded, with comments on where I got it from and how it went. The comments bit is optional cause I imagine the novelty with wear off.
