Well I hit my goal… It’s the 20th May 2012… and I weigh 59.6kg… I re-evaluated my goal and have decided I want my goal weight to be 58kg… that’s only 1.6kg away.
I can’t recommend the Dukan Diet strongly enough.
I don’t buy many books but the Dukan Diet Life Plan is one I did purchase. It is so easy to follow.
I think you just have to be in the right frame of mind, and be willing to perservere, even when you ‘stagnate’... get get the walking shoes on and walk a bit more for about 3 days. Then just watch the weight fall off.
I haven’t logged in for some time… and looking at this goal… I wonder what I weighed then… well I started the Dukan Diet on Firday March 23 2012… I weighed 66.2kg.
It will be two weeks tomorrow and this morning I was 63.8!! So excited, I haven’t been in the 63’s forever!!
Goal is 60.anything! Then take it from there… I’m 53 years old and I’m just getting a handle on this weight issue.
Life is GOOD!
Now lost 4.2kg… 9.2lb… just changed what I am eating, less sugar… eat when I am hungry and exercise more. This week I have a head cold, so haven’t been to the gym, but still I haven’t gained back any weight!
Now lost 3.6kg… so exciting getting on the scales in the morning!
