Run every week

It is about 10pm on a Friday night. I haven’t run for some time. I put on some running shoes, shorts, music but minus the shirt. I ran to the Beatles. I don’t know why but, running feels so good especially when you haven’t ran for a long time, you get that natural high. As, I ran through the neighborhood past houses with people watching TV I thought I should inspire people to run. I want to make a shirt that just says RUN in bold intimidating letters. Maybe something along the lines: your life depends on it…
