Hi!
Had a great week with this goal. The first day I did my run one minute, walk 4 minutes, I could barely finish. rounds five and six were tough! I felt dizzy, and such.
Today, I did my third day, and could easily finish it. in fact, I went over the minute a few times. I walk fifteen minutes, do the run/walk part, then walk fifteen. I walked an extra 10 minutes at the end today. Had an endorphin high going!
This week I run 1.5 minutes, then walk 3.5 minutes, x 6. for three days. My days are tues, thurs, and saturday, this week. Will check back after this week is out!!
