Research/Readings

I’ve been reading a bit about the mindset of starting businesses. I picked up a basic marketing guide, and a book about “deviant” marketing for products that aren’t necessarily mainstream.
I look forward to reading them. It’s a matter of sitting down and doing it!
I’m going to practice with multi level marketing- it’ll teach me how to sell a product and learn to pitch.

Neophyte

I understand that it will take a lot of learning- mostly about myself. I will have to retrain my mind for this- which is fine. I love to learn something new.

I have a business partner. I don’t know if she will follow through.

My first task was to research like-businesses. I’ll soon come to the point where I can talk to the owners. Hopefully they will be forthwith. We’ll see. Next, marketing by practicing at a multi-level marketing strategies.

I’m having fun, despite the naysayers. They are always there. They are also the least happy. I know I will make mistakes. I have tried this before and failed, but I learned from it too. That’s key- learning from those mistakes rather than giving up.
