Well… In order to do this, I had to learn how to comfort myself. That was really hard, because, I never did that, never knew how to calm down myself and feel ok with it. But, I noticed I know how to do that with other people. I can comfort other people. So, I have it in me. All I had to do is to create this comforting person in me towards myself. It takes a lot practise,and also once you get it right, it doesn’t mean you’ve done it. You need to do that in different situations, comunicate with yourself, be your own friend, start accepting you.. after that it all becomes habit and worth it! Good luck to everyone!

I’m doing this! I am actually doing this. Whenever I cry now I hear a little voice in my head saying “that’s right honey, just let it out, it’s ok, nothing scary about emotions, it’s just sadness, embrace it, it is a good thing” = not hearing voices, just calming myself down with that sentence :)
