don’t think about losing weight (just keep it on the background) or anything else that has negative nuance. just try to enjoy and make a routine. i do it 3 to 4 times a week, around one hour depending on mood. first, it was difficult to bring my ass into the gym (even now it happens sometimes). but as soon as i step on the machine or do abs and stretching, i feel much better, stronger.
positive thinking is the priority here.

it’s so hard to get my ass off the bad and go to pool and gym! I’m so lazy! People! exercize your will but don’t forget about small pleasures like ice cream ;)
