up early for qi gong in the park, yay. will need to wrap up warm, but really looking forward to it. delighted to note that since getting my lardy arse back in gear i also seem to have got over my fatigue problems: finding it somewhat easier to get up in the mornings and am no longer falling asleep everywhere (except on the bus yesterday, but that always happens).
