i’ve gotten some good suggestions, and some are things that i tried a bit and passed over.
so, how about thinking of it as what has worked?
i basically gave up a few months ago, and just stopped using aveda’s exfoliant – which, i actually found did work well. it’s got a low-level sycilic acid in it, i think. not like i can spell it. haha.
i definetly find that going out in the sun is the best! actually, it’s good for my mood, too… but, several hour or so sun exposures, especially on the chest and back, and wham, that’s gone. not so fast for the face.
circulation (read: exercise!) is good, too.
so, those, i should pay attention to, since they work, although not all the way. fustration shouldn’t make me wipe everything off my plan and look for a silver bullet.
ok, someone must have figured this out… why not? waaah.
i’m really tired of having acne. i’m 30. it’s been my plague for 15 years.
i tried everything. well, except antibiotics from my doc – i hate to screw with my inner system like that.
i keep thinking it must be an allergy to food or something. but, i keep clean, i’ve tried all sorts of topical applications, i just can’t figure out what will help.
ideas of any sort are welcome.
