Expand my business network to include 200 quality contacts

I reviewed a chapter, I wrote, for another book in the business world. Which will soon be published. This will not be a full book but at least it is a chapter in a book that is formally published.

I had two networking meetings today.

I had a round of meeting with my business partner and some CIO’s which was very positive. My network is considerably stronger after this round of visits.

I have not added any new busines contacts in the last week.

I am progressing well with this objective. Fortunately due to my current focus I am growing my contact list. I am focusing hard on building new contacts and renewing old contacts. This is the positive spin on my currently negative financial situation and slow down in business.

My aim is to have a network of decision makers. People that make a difference in the worlds they live in. I am now aggresivly looking for these unique individuals and to build some type of relationship with them.

I added a IT strategist and a Technology architect to my business network today.

Refreshed three old contact with whom I have lost contact. I hope to bring them into my network so that my network can function properly.

I had a sucessful week of networking with some established contacts.

I have investigated the use of Meetup Groups as a means to communicate and establish a network of independent consultants. I will also have to budget for potential advertisement in the local newspapers.
