Finally purchased the software I’ve been putting off…as it went on half price sale today.

I have reorganized and made work more fun and productive. Now to see results!!! Wish it would hurry up.

I’ve contracted outside help, in a minor role that I am comfortable with. In the process of reorganizing my computer to support my business efforts, making it all more pleasant and fun.

Got rid of an account that was a complete downer, and severed ties with its owner. Such a relief! Frees up energy for getting things done for the people who are responsive and appreciative. I’m so happy about this!

First things first…means focus on who is paying rather than on what’s nice…

I am spending too much time “helping” people instead of my clients who are paying me a lot of money. THEY deserve the most help. THEY are paying for it.

Let go of loser accounts, the ones that suck up my time without profit.

Subcontract out the time consuming little (but essential) things. JUST DO THAT. I know it’s easy stuff but it sucks up your time and it’s boring, and so you don’t do it. SUB IT OUT.
