On my way... 3 years ago

So I started a strength training program on Thursday. I took all my measurements and a picture of myself in my underware! My co-worker says she is going to bring a spotlight to work when I get buff so that everyone can go “Oooo…ahhhh!” Hehe. I’ll mark my progress every two weeks with measurements and a picture. I am also keeping a workout log. These things seem to get me motivated.



Need muscle. 3 years ago

A little over a year ago I saw some pictures of myself at this party. It was terrible. I worked off the weight in no time and soon had myself on a tight regiment of my own that worked out well with my time. Everyone saw the results and I felt really great. Somewhere along the line I dropped the entire thing. I was just satisfied with the way I looked and figured I could just slack off. I didn’t gain a lot of weight back (maybe 5lbs), BUT I lost all the muscle I had worked so hard to build. It wasn’t a lot – but it was mine! :(

Now I am back on the cardio for a week now. (30 minutes on the treadmill after work each day.) But I need to get back into strength training and I want something a little different this time. I want something that will show great results. The effort and dedication isn’t really an issue – I’m just not sure where to begin. I’m working on finding a good workout that I can do at home.
