Mail my sister her "un-birthday" gift!

but there has not been a chance with the holidays going on (no point in sending a random surprise gift when there have already been other gifts that same month.)

I’m actually sending her a package today of some dresses and jewelry I don’t want anymore, but she already knows about that so it’s also not the un-bday gift.

I just want to totally surprise her sometime, so this is still on the back burner.

sent me flowers “for no reason” at work this week – how sweet is that? Those gestures mean so much to us bc we live in different countries and rarely see one another in person…

I was at a paper boutique yesterday and bought a miniature card with the Wizard of Oz characters yawning in the poppy field. It even came with a circle of “wax,” a sticker that you put on and it looks like you’ve sealed it using a wax. Cool! Going to fill it in with a note written in a classic script and then maybe send it along with some nail polish I bought her ages ago (named after the city she lives in.)
