I really really need to pick this goal up again. This saturday I woke up around 12:30, suuuuuuch a waste of time! I could have had an entire morning to do stuff! During weekdays I aim to be in bed between 22 and 23 hours. When I need to wake up at 7:15 22 hours is better then 23 hours. So I guess it is off to bed for me after this entry ;).
I’m going to write my in and out of bed times down for a while I think, just to set a better habit.

I haven’t made much progress on this one. My bf tends to sleep a lot later then I. He doesn’t go to bed earlier then 00:00, which makes it hard for me to go to sleep between 22:00 and 23:00. When I sleep alone I’m able to do it, but when I’m with him I just can’t… Well I guess I’m going to start getting up earlier anyway. No more sleeping past 9:00/9:30 on weekends. On weekdays 8:00 would be good, when I don’t need to rise earlier anyway for school.

I’m trying to go to sleep around 22:00 and wake up around 8:00. So far I’ve been doing good. Eventhough my school doesn’t start early I find that when I wake up early I have more energy. Spend a lot more time on schoolwork too. That’s a good thing. On the weekends I allow myself to go to bed and get up a bit later. Now I just have to make it permanent :D.
