Really… and not only do I feel a renewed energy and zing, but I didn’t feel hungry even once, AND I’ve lost 7lbs. I’m almost down to my target weight of 120 lbs.
It’s raining like crazy here right now, with flash floods and freakish winds, but hey, the beach is still beautiful to walk on and big ‘Island Boy Cosmo’is lovin’ it.
I’m one of those people who hate rigorous exercise on treadmills and such, and diets and exercise routines and all of that nonsense. Some pulpy, weird-colored juice for a measly three days and a willing dog with a loving heart and a sense of fun, and a waggy tail….
It all adds up to weight loss, and lots of fun to go along with it.

I do have a juicer gizmo (gathering dust in a cupboard) but I’m going to get that thing out, load it up with fresh pineapple, green coconut, mango and any other good stuff I come across in the local market.
I absolutely HATE exercising, but I think I’m going to take my dog, Cosmo, running on the beach more. He loves it, plus it makes me laugh to see him.
His ears fly out in the wind. :oD
(He was born in Hawaii, so he’s an Island Boy, but he’s really quite terrified of the surf, although he loves to wade in to get sticks.
As long as he can feel the sand under his great big paddy-paw-paw feet, he’s fine. :)

but as usual I’m rebellious, against my better judgment. When was it ever any different? ;)
I really only have to lose a few pounds (10?) and right now I suppose I look okay, but I know I’ll feel 100 x better when I’m back to a certain level of fitness.
I need a stamina shot to get me motivated, though!
