...of my good qualities (even if I have only heard them and don’t believe them) is a good place to start, I think. My first sub-goal is to compile one, and read it (out loud!) to myself every day. If I truly feel that I do not meet one of the descriptions, I need to ask one of my good friends about it first, and decide whether to strike it or not. If I don’t quite make it, then I will aim to improve myself in that area.
I struggle with my image of myself a lot. I am always being told that I am “too modest” and I need to be more confident. Well, the place to start is by loving myself and not beating myself up so much mentally.
Any advice is very welcome. :]
