I just forced my compter into a draw at the new level – next goal, beat the damn thing at this level, and then up the level!

Two Queens 20 months ago

I just beat the computer on the current level, with a smashing checkmate involving two queens. Very good stuff. I tore apart the computers king side defences all the while keeping the pressure on the kingside with a well protected passed pawn or two.

So, next – up the level and try to beat the clever little thing again!

I’ve set my computer chess program to the level where I just can’t beat it, and now I’m reading through a book on Bobby Fisher’s most instructive games. What i’ve found is that my endgame is weak, weak, weak.
