Recently I am having a proper exercise session once a week, as well as cycling once a week and walking every day. I’m going start pushing the excercise up a notch now and get in at least 2 (preferably 3) sessions a week. I am learning different things at the moment; yoga, dance/aerobics, and bellydance. I am hoping that the variety will keep me interested, I am mainly looking to up my general fitness as well as improve my flexibility and circulation/breathing.
