Recently I am having a proper exercise session once a week, as well as cycling once a week and walking every day. I’m going start pushing the excercise up a notch now and get in at least 2 (preferably 3) sessions a week. I am learning different things at the moment; yoga, dance/aerobics, and bellydance. I am hoping that the variety will keep me interested, I am mainly looking to up my general fitness as well as improve my flexibility and circulation/breathing.

I finally found a way to get myself interested in starting an exercise routine…stripping! Carmen Electra has this set of DVDs out which are really easy & fun to get along with. It’s turning out great as I’m interested and it’s preparing me and my body for more advanced exercises. I expect this workout will help me to tone up and improve flexibility. It’s also helping to make me more aware of my body. Still got a way to go before I start on the Billy Blanks routines though…they are so energetic I get breathless after about 10 minutes!
