Sometimes I’m halfway finished a meal or drink when I remember.
Perhaps it would be more meaningful to create a few personal graces.
Next week I will write 4 graces.

Sometimes I’m in a hurry at work and so forget. Other times I’m distracted by family.
I’m quite sure this will help me moderate my drinking so I’m going to keep trying.
