I’m going to buy a house with the equity in my current home and get rid of my mortgage. I’m also going to move to a different area with lower property taxes and cost of living.
I want to learn how to consume less and make more of the things I need instead of buying stuff all the time.
I recently discovered the joy of cleaning with vinegar and baking soda! Some cleaning supplies literally make me sick... I have heard all kinds of things about the chemicals used to make cleaning supplies and I don’t want to subject myself or my animals to this nasty stuff. Vinegar and Baking soda are, by far, the best two cleaning supplies I have ever used. (and safe!!!!) I cleaned my oven the other day by sprinkling it with baking soda and then spraying it down with vinegar. I didn’t have to scrub or anything, the oven cleaned right up! amazing.
Big companies have one goal: to part you from YOUR hard earned money and put it in they’re pockets. I’m not interested in throwing my money away anymore! I’m going to find all the ways I can save money by not falling into the consumerism trap, and become financially independent.
