If I woke up earlier, I could exercise (yoga, pilates, and in summer, run), study, read, and feel refreshed rather than unroductive and lazy. To do this, I must sleep earlier than my usual midnight to 1 which means I have to get off the internet by 10PM. I am shooting for 6AM which is a high mark, but I want to eventually reach 5-5:30AM once the warm weather starts. I am making this a personal challenge to be completed by my birthday of March 15.
