That means I need to lose about 60 pounds. I am giving myself a year, but I hope to lose about 10 pounds every 45 days. I am doing this by increasing my physical activity dramaticly, and if that is not enough really watching what I eat. It is hard on a very tight budget and cooking for 5 to avoid carbs and fat…plus I do enjoy sweets. We use whole grain pasta and rice in most meals to streach them.
