I now workout five times a week for an hour at a stretch. I can walk four miles in and hour and I am doing a lot of strength training with some weight lifting too. I have lost 25lbs and I feel fabulous!!! It’s hard work, but I found when I started out slowly it was WORTH it!

It is soooooo hard to get started! Never thought I’d do it, but then I reminded myself how great I’d look by now if I had started all those other times I had said I would.
What worked best for me was starting out slow and being happy with the fact that I was doing it, rather than beating myself up over the fact I wasn’t where I thought I SHOULD be. After all, Rome wasn’t built in a day!
