... so all my good resolutions went down the drain. Every ttotm I have the urge to eat very bad. Coming week I want to get back on track.

With the holidays gone, I managed to get back into my eating routines. I usually eat more or less the same breakfast and lunch every day, while diner defers (always vega though).
It takes planning to do this right, because the times I start and finish work are different every day.
This week went well. I took some goodies too: chocolate, red wine, a fried snack and some apple pie. I try very hard not to binge on unhealthy food and this also worked perfect this past week. I bought bananas and dried apricots as healthy snacks, whenever I’m craving for something sweet.
Next weeks plan: try to keep up the good work!
