...I will get there.
I still stick to my personal fitness regime of taking the stairs. Always
I started my yoga class again, after the December-January break and feel that I’m still improving. When I went home after my last class I felt relaxed, stretched, lean and strong (I even managed to do the crow pose… almost…)
Also still rowing, and new started running
I had a health check in order to be allowed to start rowing regatta’s and I’m found healthy :-)

My planned exercise was non-existent this previous week. I felt terribly tired and besides that it was that time of the month, so in stead of exercising I slept a lot.
What I did, however, was my job. So I stood and walked a lot (I’m a teacher). I also took the stairs all the time (I have to take ten to reach my apartment). Plus: I took my bike to work.
No promises for this week; in a week I’ll tell you how week 3 turned out.

October last year I joined a rowing team, that has been toghether for three years. My team members are all fit to incrediby fit, so of course I can’t let them down during races. I have to get fit myself!
This week’s exercise:
Wednesday: indoor training with weights and the concept II rowing machine (my average 500 meter scores: 2:07.8 and 2:10.4)
Saturday: outdoor rowing training
Sunday: outdoor rowing training
I see my body getting fitter and my average 500 meter scores on the Concept II dropping fast.
Next weeks planning:
Wednesday: indoor training with weights and the concept II rowing machine
Friday: my yoga class starts again
Saturday: outdoor rowing training
Sunday: outdoor rowing training
