I haven’t stretched for a while it seems. I don’t know why, I think I just haven’t made time for it. But the other day I did just to see if I’ve lost what flexibility I’ve gained, and I haven’t . I heard falling behind a week can put you back at square one. Glad it didn’t, but I suppose I just need to set a specific time to do this so I don’t stop. Maybe that’ll be my next step, just setting a time, and doing it. Not focusing on what I’ve missed. Hmm…

So since I’ve been dancing, I’ve been stretching. And the people in my class are really, really flexible and of course, it definitely helps when you’re dancing. Plus, it looks really cool! So I’ve been trying to get in the habit to stretch everyday before I have to go off to work. I’ve kept it up for about 2 weeks and I can already notice a difference. My goal is to keep doing this and to get better at dancing.
