So this is like my second day on my no proccessed sugar diet, and well today I did horrible. I had a slice of banana cream pie, ice cream, cookies, and two special K bars. I SO need to get back on track and fast.

So, I have started today offically, Easter I ate a lot of food, and well it didn’t go so well. My goal is to lose 10 pounds in a month. I need to increase my physical activity (I have been currently doing about an 1 hour – 1.5 hours every day) and decrease all my unhealthy foods. I am going to cut out proccessed sugars. The withdrawal symptoms are going to hurt, but I have to get through them, or this will never work.
