lose weight

okay, im not even going to tell you what i weigh because its horrible!! :(
ive tried soo much diets over the past 4 years and nothing has been working for me and the minute i even say diet i automatically want to eat!!
i need to lose at least 6 stone plus before im even going to be happy about the way i look!!
i only wear big baggy clothes to hide the fat and i would love to be able to wear some of the things all my friends wear but you need to be thin to do that…and im just not!
it hurts soo much when people joke about my weight and call me fat but i just put on my fake smile and go along with it, even though deep down im miserable!
did i mention i comfort eat too…and my life at the moment couldn’t be worse!!
i need a new addiction and preferably diet that WILL work for me!!
has anyone got any advice for me or diets that i can try??
please i need all the help i can get!
