I’m not sure what is wrong with me. Maybe I am clinically depressed. Everything is going so well, but I’m still sad. Something isn’t right. Do I just go to my General Practice doctor? Or do I have to go to a shrink?

I found each day I start off with being grateful, I have a more positive attitude and day. I write down at least 10 things I’m grateful for each day. The number one thing I am grateful for everyday is that my parents are in great health. Last year at this time my dad was in the hospital with a heart condition. Not only is he better but he is going to the gym every day and he was able to walk me down the aisle on September 2, 2007. I honestly thought I was going to loose him. I’m done complaining. I’m done mopping around and being depressed. Today I am so grateful that God has given my dad another chance. I’m also grateful that I am able to work for my family company.
