My cousin is getting married May 29. By that time, I hope to have lost 10 pounds in fat (I’d weigh in at just under 170), and if possible gained a few pounds of muscle. I’m doing some kind of running (either actually running, running stairs, or doing some time on the elliptcal) every day, and I’m giving up ice cream until the wedding. In addition, I’m starting a weightlifting routine tomorrow. Wish me luck!
