The basics of an idea 2 years ago

Now, this is only design, not get, gonna wait till i’m certain but this is the start of the idea.

I’m thinking of getting compass points on a shoulder blade, and then maybe extending it with islands, small pirate ships etc, when something important happens to me, so it ends up representing a new adventure in my life, and the twists and turns that follow.
