Rufus got to see an authentic Beduin Tent in the Beduin Village Shibli in the Lower Galilee (right at the foot of the Tabor Mountain).
The place didn’t look like anything Rufus was used to from Australia. Rufus compared his own clothes to the tradional Beduin clothes and tried to learn how the Bedouins prepare their coffee.

I took Rufus to Afula, 20 minutes from my house. Afula is known for is its falafel and especially for the flying falafel served at the ‘Hanasi Falafel’ stand. While preparing the falafel they use to quickly throw the falafel balls in the air precisely into the pita bread!
(Notice the falafel flying in the air which is about to fall straight into the pita bread.)
