I don’t know what it is. I seem to be doing pretty well on this goal, and then all of sudden I am not working on it at all! During those times when I was working out and eating better in a consistent pattern, I saw myself start to tone up a little—not a lot, but enough to show me that if I stuck with it, I’d get in shape. But then I would miss a day at the gym. Which would turn into two days, etc. Or a big assignment would come up, and my stressing out would keep me from doing much of anything.
I really need to work harder at this goal. I need to try and not miss any days at the gym. I am on campus 4 days a week, and therefore I want to make it to the gym those four days. I need to keep up my exercises I do at home, and make sure I am eating well. We’ll see how it goes!

this isn’t going as well as I hoped. I mean, I can see some improvement in my arms and my legs, but I don’t see it where it matters most…my stomach. When I work out I can feel those muscles being used and such, but everything seems to just stay the same! I don’t think I can meet this goal in a month! It’s very frustrating!

It’s really pathetic that I can’t get myself to have the body I want. I mean, it’s probably one of the most definite things I can control. I really need to kick things into gear and eat better and exercise more, because I am sure my poor diet and lack of physical activity are what make me feel so tired and crummy all of the time. It would be great to not only look fit but feel fit. Now that summer is here, it is time to get crackin’!!!!!
