I’m not going to diet. Diets don’t work. My grandfather says you need to change your lifestyle…so maybe I’ll give it a try. He says it’s simple “Just do what you don’t do now”. That would include a lot of things like drinking water, exercising, eating lots of fruit and veg, doing drugs more regularly, drinking more…I suppose there’s two sides to the coin, but everyone assumes this is a positive change…and how much more mainstream could I get?
We’ll see how this works out.
