make 430 wishes

I wish for daffodils to start to blooming soon. The leaves are coming up but it’s going to be a few days before blooms actually appear. When daffodils show their pretty yellow faces, I know spring is finally here!

I wish for blue skies and sunny days to see me through the roughest nights.

I wish mistakes didn’t have to be made. Some mistakes don’t need to be made. I guess some mistakes can’t be justified and that is why I wish mistakes didn’t have to be made.

I wish I didn’t feel invisible to him. I know he sees me, but he seldom acknowledges my presence. I wish to be his friend again.

I wish I had slept during the night instead of fixing to go to sleep at 11:30 in the morning. One of these days I will get my sleep turned around again and keep it that way.

Wish #35 came true! That’s two wishes on the list that have happend now! My son and his girl did find themselves a new house! They don’t move in till August, but they have the house! Whooo Hooo! I’m a happy mama!

I wish the sun would shine brightly today. It has been overcast since the end of last week with storms coming through. I’m feeling blue today and I need some sunshine on this old body of mine!

I wish birthdays were not such celebrated events in my family. I hate birthdays more than anything. It isn’t that age has crept upon me, it is that I have little show the 47 yrs I’ve been here!

I wish bowling was a year-round sport. Being a part of a bowling league, even though I do not actively participate in the bowling part of it, is like having a baby.
It lasts for nine months and then it’s over. Course you don’t end up with a baby… maybe it ain’t so much like having a baby, but I can’t think of anything else that lasts for nine months and is over in a flash and you feel like something’s missing from your life till it’s time to grow another baby…or start the league’s schedule again.
Yes, I do wish bowling were a year-round sport.
