I have sworn by a yellow pad with a ‘to do’ list to check off for some time now. Just recently I have upped from a one yellow pad system to a two yellow pad system. One is the ‘to do’ list and the other is the ‘completed’ list. Often I complete many things that never even made the ‘to do’ list. It’s a really encouraging system.
