Even before I run this race I am thinking what is next .. Another 10 k, or train for a half marathon ..

WOW sub 30 min 5 k!! BUT sustained speed is not my forte!! but enough to get the race done on 65-70 mins!! CANDO!
Slowing down to save my legs.. A very fast 6.5 Km Tempo work!! very tough since I went above my normal speed or lack there off :-)...Tonight’s run is last of the week before race day!!! looking forward to it !!

Knees said NOOOOOOO for Sunday, will take 2 days off to avoid injury!
6 BIG HILLS WEDNESDAY!! KNEES ACHE! FELT GREAT AFTER, BUT NOW NOT SO GREAT :-)
last weekend was HUGE, as far as fulfilling this goal. A hilly 7 k, and on SUN a 12 K around the river and the canal WICKED!! Finally I can see myself doing it and fear of distance is diminishing and I am learning how to slow myself down.; THE RUNNING ROOM ROCKS!!
Wednesday Hill 6k TOUGH! GOTTA Get my distance in order will have to run more than 12 k. before the race!!
One week off, Saturday’s run was worrying me! no worries the break was great and my Saturday’s run was the easiest run I had, even had a wicked Kick at the end..
NICE!
Great run on Sat, Hurt my back just hanging around the house!! Will get of the road till Wednesday’s run!
