was a millionaire on paper in 2000! 4 years ago

but the market crashed, and my options were locked…. so now I’m just another knowledge worker.

Now I would do things very differently. Particularily diversifying my assets as soon as they amass any significant value. Also, I’m looking at seriously cutting my living expenses by moving geographies so that my target number doesn’t have to be a high!
