This was worth doing....

But I came up with a different way to do it. My trainer began offering 20 minute videos with workouts, and those work just fine for me. (Check her out at http://fitwithbrit.com)



For now...

I’m going to try doing my own class at home. I talked with Brittany The Great and Powerful (my trainer) about a routine that would work for me, using a rubber band and my exercise ball. I’ve got those. I’ve made a mixtape (well, you know, not a tape. An ipod thing.)

This will keep me until I find something. Now my goal is to work out for FIVE FRIDAYS IN A ROW.

So that’s why I’m changing the goal. The class I wanted wasn’t out there, so now I’m going to make it happen. No excuses!


Oh, grump. There’s some kind of bug and it won’t let me change the name. Fine. In my mind, the new Goal is Work Out Five Fridays in a Row!



This is a move for health item...

but I am giving it a separate goal because I have to find a class to make it happen.

I have been working with a trainer twice a week. I want to expand to a third day of rigorous workouts a week, and it needs to be Friday morning. So now I am looking for a class.

What sort of class? you might ask. Well, one that can deal with my gimpiness and need to modify some exercises, and that meets on Friday morning. That’s really it. The main thing is to have an appointment to exercise, because without the appointment I don’t get there.

So we’ll see. I give myself NO MORE than two weeks to figure this out.
