I’m getting the hang of this thing now. I’m having fun using it, and reading other people’s entries—interesting new way to get to know other people on here.

I’m a little sorry there is no category for “people I admire, or whose work I admire, but I don’t really need to meet them.” I can love a person’s work and still find that person quite a disappointment, and so I’m actually a little wary of meeting some of the writers and artists I admire, after a couple of bad experiences.

Jury’s out on this one…. it will be interesting to see how it develops.
