today is the new beginning. i could do a right leg split when i was in dance but now i am about 9” off the floor. left is a sad story. middle is pretty bad too. so today i will turn on a song and hold a right split for the whole thing. well actually i will warm up with a few toe touches and half splits. also some jazz splits too. actually i think i will watch tv and do a different split at every commercial that works too! ok lets see how this works!
